Hello all! It’s been a minute since I’ve popped into your inbox, and I wish I could lie and say it’s because I’ve been in a natural season of resting and reading and being creative in other ways, but it’s mostly because I’ve been struggling with chronic pain and fatigue which has kept me from getting to spend time on my hobbies like this newsletter.
In my attempt to better understand my symptoms and get serious about my care, I did actually manage to create my own symptom + pain management tracker in Notion. Part of it is a database of affirming resources that houses recommendations for books, substacks, websites, podcasts, instagram accounts, and a couple apps that have been useful and affirming for me, which is available for free here!

Right now it’s just a Notion template, but my dream is for it to help me facilitate a supportive community for chronically ill folks where we can all exchange resource recommendations, pain relief tools we find, and basically just show up for one another.
